A tribute sketch illustrated on October 1, 2023 to the great Boston Red Sox Knuckleball pitcher
About a year ago when baseball lost the great knuckleballer Tim Wakefield I decided to create this sketch in honor of his legacy. It was just incredible to watch this man make a baseball dance in the air and its something I'll always remember. There still might be a curse of the Bambino i fit wasn't for Timmy and his 5 MPH pitches.
Proceeds to benefit the Boston Red Sox Foundation.
